HEC provides Various Services like Emergency Hospital visit ofmy father: insurance paper work with Hospital, help during admittance anddischarge process. Meet on a daily Basis with doctors to know patient status and Convey it to us. They also help during daily patient visit to know any newissues, help my parents with daily/ weekly requirements related to shopping, utility bill payment, land line install/ repair, cash withdrawal from bank, take Happycare of issue related to water drainage in kitchen, they make appropriate arrangement for minor medical issue like back pain related for my parents Elders Care while we are away. They facilitate receiving shopping/ postal packagesby providing appropriate training to use texting for my parents. HEC staffregularly contact with us (Children who are away) to let know status ofparents via whatsapp or text.

I am Arindam Ghosh S/o Swapna Ghosh. I reside outside the country most of the time. It is possible for people like us to work outside the country because of the support. We get from the institution like HEC. Wecan rely on for the support they provide to our parents residing in India be it medical assistance as any other support towards their daily needs.
HEC Staff was assisted my mother in various ways like Banking payment of tax for property, payments towards electricity bill and arrangement for plumber, Electrician as and when required to name a few. HEC's Staff presence for their every need relives people like us of a lot of Stress. I would like to take thisopportunity to thank you in particular for taking such good care of our parents.

I Nebendu Bhattacharya. Son of Sri N. B. Bhattacharya feel happy to write these praising words for HEC. That took care of my father in spite of too many hurdles. HEC took the responsibility to admit my father in the bellevue Hospital in the midnight. HEC Staff came from his home to my father's residence for taking him to the HostitalSacrificing his service for the Philothropicreason . I am is only son who is in pune. My work place my father lives alone in Kolkata. HEC took all the responsibility to admit him hospital and looked him with all the medical facilities, consulted the doctor and did all the essential work. Which was then immediately required. I therefore feel grateful to HEC staff as because of their presence and assistance, My father's condition which was deteriorating got much better. May god shower his blessing on Happy Elders Care.
